Power Pump (1-3) Total body workout for both strength and cardio endurance. Continuous movement alternating between weights and cardio, hitting each muscle group. A full body workout that keeps the heart rate up. Designed to define and tone every muscle in every way.
MAT PILATES (1-3) A method of exercise that reeducates and promotes a process that truly enhances the mind/body connection. Pilates promotes good posture through breathing, proper muscle use and coordination building core strength and flexibility as developed by Joseph Pilates. . A great compliment to anyone's workout we encourage all levels!
On THE BALL (1-3) You can't resist having a ball while working all the major muscle groups throughout the body. This focuses on core strength and flexibility.
SPINNING (1-3)$ there is a fee for this class. If you can sit on a bicycle, you can participate! This class is the best cardiovascular group exercise that you can ever experience, and no coordination is required. All fitness levels are welcome. First timers come 10 min before class to get set up.
STEP IT UP (3) Do you love advanced step choreography? If so this class is for you! Come join this non stop step party and enjoy being challenged physically as well as mentally! Previous experience is recommended.
SWEAT-CHISEL (1-3) this is a high-energy class, alternating cardio and strength training intervals. This workout is designed to burn fat as well as increase endurance and strength.
THE MIXER (1-3) Not sure where to start? This class is always different mixing up cardio with weights some of our popular classes.
YOGA (1-3) Mind and body workout will tighten and tone the entire body enhances flexibility, improve balance, and build core strength. Connect body and breathing as you flow through sun salutations and challenging yoga poses.
ZUMBA (1-3) Join the Party! A fun Latin dance that incorporates both cardio and abs while moving to the fun beat. Fun and Easy to do!
