MANIC MONDAY (1-3) Kick start your week! HIGH ENERGY class. We mix cardio, weights, and abs giving you a complete total body workout.
MAT PILATES (1-3) A class designed to focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles, helping to address alignment, and tone deep core muscles. A great compliment to anyone's workout we encourage all levels to attend.
ON-THE-BALL (1-3) Are you ready to "get on the ball" Stability balls are now more popular than ever! Focus is on major muscle groups while tightening your midsection. This class focuses on core strength and flexibility.
POWER HOUR (1-3) This class will strengthen all your major muscles in an inspiring and motivating way. We do simple and athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. This is your hour of power!
SPINNING (1-3) There is a fee for this class. If you can sit on a bicycle, you can participate! This class is the best cardiovascular group exercise you can ever experience, and no special coordination is required. All fitness levels are welcome.
STEPPIN' UP (2-3) Freestyle creative moves, music, and rhythm make you step it up like never before!
STEP-N-SCULPT (1-3) A fun filled hour of step aerobics with a variety of workouts such as ball work, free weights, and stretching. All fitness levels encouraged to attend.
SWEAT-CHISEL (1-3) We alternate cardio and strength training for this workout. It's designed to burn fat as well as increase endurance and strength.
THE MIXER (1-3) Not sure which class to try.We create the ultimate sampler of four classes that quickly transition into 15 min segments of any givin class.
YOGA (1-3) This mind and body workout will tighten and tone the entire body enhances flexibility, improve balance, and build core strength. Connect body and breathing as you flow through sun salutations and challenging yoga poses.
